Terms & Cancellation Policy
Bookings
Event bookings are confirmed only after successful payment. Class and open play capacity is limited, and spots are first-come, first-served.
Cancellations
Cancel from your dashboard at least 24 hours before the event to receive a refund minus the $10 cancellation fee. Within 24 hours of the event, online refunds are no longer available.
Waitlist
If an event is full, you can join the waitlist. If a seat opens, we will contact you with next steps.
